Elijah Woodruff is a writer from rural Ohio, now living in Toledo. He is an MFA candidate in poetry at Bowling Green State University, where he teaches College Composition and Craft of Poetry. His poems, rooted in Ohio’s post-industrial, working-class landscape, have appeared in Wasteland Review, Beaver Magazine, Epistemic Literary and elsewhere. Delighted by the grotesque and weird, he also writes fiction, which has appeared in Punk Noir, Exposed Bone and Bone Parade. He spends his time hanging out with his wonderful wife and birdwatching in his landlord’s backyard.
